German company WeSort.AI and UK-based company Kaizen Recycling Ltd. are working together:

Kaizen is the official partner for WeSort.AI across the United Kingdom and Ireland. The collaboration introduces X.Sort, an AI- and X-ray-based system designed to identify and remove lithium-ion batteries at the front end of waste processing operations – before they can reach high-risk equipment.
