PreZero: Shaping the Future Together

PreZero is participating at Expo 2020 Dubai as a sponsoring partner of Baden-Württemberg House. The company will be presenting its innovative solutions for the circular economy there.

With the motto “Connecting Minds, Creating the Future,” the 2020 world exposition will be held in Dubai from October 01, 2021, to March 31, 2022, and will focus on the three key themes of opportunity, mobility, and sustainability. PreZero will be participating at the expo for the first time. The environmental services provider of the Schwarz Group is a sponsoring partner of the Baden-Württemberg House, which was opened on October 3 by Economics Minister Dr. Nicole Hoffmeister-Kraut. The state pavilion focuses on Baden-Württemberg as a hub of innovation, business, research, tourism and culture, and also serves as a stage for medium-sized companies and corporations and for the state’s educational and research institutions, which are among the world leaders in many fields.

As a group of companies based in Baden-Württemberg, PreZero is presenting solutions for the circular economy at Expo Dubai that help to effectively counter the global waste problem and wastage of natural resources. Individual process steps that are particularly important for a functioning circular economy are shown. Interactive elements are used to illustrate the process. In the Expo app, PreZero also showcases a wide variety of environmental innovations that help promote the circular economy – from the processing of biological waste by the black soldier fly, through sorting technology with artificial intelligence, to sustainable packaging solutions made from fibers from the silphium plant.
