FORNNAX Appoints New Sales Partner in Europe (Germany)

“With over two decades of expertise, Mr. Dieter Jerschl joins FORNNAX as a regional partner to accelerate sustainable recycling solutions across key European markets.”

FORNNAX TECHNOLOGY, one of the leading advanced recycling equipment manufacturers, is pleased to announce its newest sales partnership in Germany as part of its strategic expansion into Central Europe. The company has entered into a collaborative agreement with Mr. Dieter Jerschl, an industry veteran with more than 20 years of experience in the shredding and recycling sector, having worked with prominent companies like BHS, Eldan, Vecoplan, and more, to represent and promote FORNNAX’s solutions in the region.

Mr. Jerschl brings a wealth of industry knowledge and a strong track record, having worked with several renowned recycling and waste management companies. Over the years, he has led the deployment of single machines and complete turnkey installations for a wide range of applications including Tyre, Cable, municipal solid waste, E-waste, Industrial waste and more.

Speaking about the partnership, Mr. Jerschl shared, “I’ve known FORNNAX for over a decade and have followed their growth closely. What attracted me to this collaboration is their state-of-the-art & high-capacity technology, it is powerful, sustainable, and economically viable. There is great potential to introduce FORNNAX’s innovative systems to more markets across Europe, and I am excited to be part of that journey.”

The partnership will primarily serve Central Europe, including Germany, Austria, and neighbouring countries. However, the geographical scope may be extended based on project requirements and mutual agreement. With a flexible and scalable structure, the nature of the partnership will evolve based on performance and ongoing discussions with FORNNAX’s management. The current focus is on building a strong pipeline of opportunities and increasing brand visibility across the region.

FORNNAX’s portfolio of high-performance shredding and pre-processing solutions is well-positioned to meet the growing demand for sustainable waste treatment across Europe. By joining hands with Mr. Jerschl, who possesses strong market insights and existing relationships, FORNNAX aims to tap into upcoming projects and drive greater adoption of its technologies in the region.

As part of the partnership, Mr. Jerschl will also provide value-added services including equipment installation, maintenance, and spare parts support through his dedicated technical team. This local service capability will ensure timely project execution, reduce downtime, and enhance the overall customer experience.

“We are committed to increasing market awareness and establishing new reference projects across the region,” Mr. Jerschl added. “My goal is not only to generate business but to lay the foundation for long-term growth. Ideally, we aim to establish a dedicated FORNNAX legal entity or operational site in Germany over the next five to ten years.”

For FORNNAX, this collaboration aligns perfectly with its global strategy to expand into key markets through strong regional partnerships. The company views local representation as critical for navigating complex market dynamics and delivering tailored solutions that address region-specific waste challenges.

“We see tremendous potential in the Central European market,” says Mr. Jignesh Kundaria, Director and CEO of FORNNAX.

“Partnering with someone as experienced and well-established as Mr. Jerschl gives us a strong foothold and allows us to better serve our customers. This marks a major milestone in our efforts to promote reliable, efficient and future-ready recycling solutions globally,” emphasized Mr. Kundaria.

The partnership strengthens FORNNAX’s commitment to environmental stewardship, innovation, and sustainable waste management solutions for a greener future.
